Over the past years Paul Pavey has developed a practical musicality and voice class for dancers. He has worked on discovering and exploring the internal rhythm of ones body through breathe, vocalising and movement and believes experiencing music from within the body is the quintessential driving force behind movement. A dancer should become ‘as one’ with their natural elements and influences as too often music remains in the head leaving a dancer moving merely parallel to the rhythm or melody.
