Who we are

Our mission at Asgard Productions is to provide a safe, user friendly online retail experience, as well as provide access to articles and educational material for all our visitors.

We have been in business since 1991 and online since 1999 and have produced and distributed music and items for dance in a wide variety of artists and styles. We plan to continue these activities and to expand into new products and services.

Our website address is: https://www.asgardproductions.com.
We also have our original website at https://www.asgardprod.com.

https://www.asgardprod.com is an older site and has no (or minimal) cookies and no online account but does not have the convenience of online ordering.  You can order on that website by phone, fax or request an invoice by email.

Your privacy is important to us.  We welcome your questions, comments or suggestions.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

This is a WordPress site.  An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

For when or if visitor media uploads are active on our site.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms & Mailing lists

Our Contact Form collects your email address and any other content you provide for the purpose of correspondence with our company.

In general, the information on the Contact Form is not used for marketing purposes.  There may be exceptions, for example, when a request is made to send some literature, or we need to contact people who have used our website.

If you add your mailing address to the Contact Form, it will be added to our direct mail list unless you request it not be added.  We use direct mail list for sales announcements, marketing, to send a catalog, or to mail important updates or other company information.  You can at anytime request to be dropped from our list.

To join our email list for sales, discounts, promotions, discount coupons and other possible benefits, you should use the Join our Mailing list form.  This list is hosted at www.mailchimp.com and includes GDPR marketing permissions.  See Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy for Contacts
