Shipping

ONLINE :  Once an order is placed and we are notified of payment, the order is shipped and we email you the tracking number or customs number with the US Post Office.  USA Delivery can be tracked at www.usps.com.  Some overseas packages can also be tracked online.

• USA:  USA sales are shipped Priority Mail, Flat Rate unless other arrangements are made.
• International shipping:
  • Online overseas purchases for orders under 4 lbs total weight is available for some countries. Enter your address & country to calculate shipping cost.
    • Shipping Cost is determined by weight.  Packages are shipped Airmail, no Insurance and usually takes 7-10 business days depending on customs.  If you would like a more secure shipping, contact us before placing an order.
    • If you receive a message that says no shipping available for yhttps://asgardproductions.com/contact-us/our country, Contact Us.  Include the CD or Item Titles of all items you wish to purchase, Your Shipping Address and your email address. We will send you an email and quote you a shipping price.  If you email your approval, we will send you an invoice directly from PayPal, where you can pay with a credit card.
  • If your package is over 4 lbs, Contact Us. Include the CD or Item Titles of all items you wish to purchase, your shipping address and your email address. We will send you an email and quote you a shipping price.  The package will most likely have to be shipped Priority mail. If you approve the sale, we will send you an invoice directly from PayPal, where you can pay with a credit card.

TO ORDER BY REGULAR MAIL:  

• Pay by Check:  Send ORDER FORM, (which includes your name, mailing address, phone number, email) and a check in US Funds only to:  Asgard Productions, 1580 Lake Christopher Dr., Virginia Beach, VA  23464.  We will  email you when we receive your order.  Be sure to include your contact email address!
• Pay by Credit Card: Send ORDER FORM, (with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.)  Include your Credit Card Number, the name on the card, the expiration date, and the 3 or 4 number security code as well as your billing address if different from your shipping address and mail to:  Asgard Productions, 1580 Lake Christopher Dr., Virginia Beach, VA  23464

INSTITUTION PURCHASE ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED:

• Payment Terms – Net 30.
• Contact Us or call to make sure Items are in stock as some items cannot be back ordered.
• You can use the ORDER FORM, as part of your Purchase Order.

Refunds:

REFUNDS – Physical Products:

• CDs, DVD’s, can be returned or exchanged if unopened or if CD / DVD is damaged or tracks not playing correctly.  (There are rare instances of manufacturing errors.)
• Books can also be returned if plastic wrap is not opened.

Download Items:

• Downloads and digital products are not refundable.  Demos & descriptions are provided so you know more about the product before you purchase.
• Downloads and digital products have a 10 day window with 3 downloads available in your account.
• If links to the files have expired and you need a replacement, contact us or call 757-467-4420 and we can help you with replacement downloads.
